This amazing house has a lot to offer anyone looking to move to the area. The river rock allows the occupants to feel the true meaning of being part of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. This home is located within just a few blocks of University Park elementary school as well as two Denver parks. Best of all you are near Observatory Park that houses the Chamberlin Observatory, which is open to the public on select nights throughout the year.
The turret allows the natural light into the house that extends to the back of the house at sunsets.
